This Saturday (5/16) the troop will be working on the church property weeding and trimming bushes.  This is where we give back to the church for all they do for us including chartering us and giving us space to hold meetings.  Without them, there wouldn't be much of a troop.  Please try to make it - 8:30 to Noon on Saturday.

The troop will be marching in the Somerville  Memorial Day Parade.  This is a great time for all with food and fun.  Also a great way to thank the Legion which does a lot for the Eagle scout candidates, which, someday, our boys may become.  Meet 8:30 am at the Legion hall on Memorial Day.

Family Baltimore trip forms were due 5/12.

The final campout for the school season is PUCO, but, it may not happen because there is no chair for the event.  A Patrol Leader needs to step up and chair the event for it to happen.

Shooting badge is planned for September.  Apparently this is something Moms or Dads can do with their sons. 

This Sunday at 3:00 there is a Jambo meeting at the church.  Its for scouts and parents who are going to the 2010 Jamboree.

Final payment is due for Trexler on May 26.  Don't forget to get the health forms in asap.

Another swim test is being planned.

The boys need to see Suzy asap with their merit badge choices.

Money is still being collected for new merit badge books.

The location for the Vermont Frontiers camp has been changed.  Still in Vermont but more south.
